peel all our own apples. All of our fruit fillings are made from fresh, frozen fruits and berries we make ourselves.
Our pastry is made with King Arthur Unbleached Flour and 100% vegetable shortening. We use all Vermont Products
first in our baked goods, such as Cabot butter, sour cream and farm fresh dairy products, real cream cheese, whole milk and
eggs. No Preservatives.
